Chủ nhà hàng trong vụ ‘8 sinh viên bị ngộ độc’ khai gì?

Ngày 6/8, chủ nhà hàng trên đường Tăng Nhơn Phú, phường Phước Long B, đã làm việc với Công an TP Thủ Đức về việc 2 sinh viên tử vong, 6 người phải nhập viện sau cuộc nhậu tại quán.

Ông này cho biết, 23h30 ngày 3/8, sau khi nhà hàng đóng cửa, 6 nhân viên (đều là sinh viên) đã tổ chức ăn uống trong sân của nhà hàng. Thức ăn mua từ quán khác về. Họ mời thêm 2 nữ sinh đến chơi.

Các sinh viên (19-24 tuổi) cùng ăn và uống hết bình chất lỏng 5 lít, bên ngoài dán chữ “rượu”, lấy từ kho bảo quản thực phẩm của nhà hàng (được quản lý cho phép). Đến rạng sáng hôm sau, cuộc nhậu tàn, mọi người dọn dẹp ra về.

Theo chủ nhà hàng, bình chất lỏng trên có từ 3 tháng trước. Lúc đó, nhân viên của quán (hiện đã nghỉ việc) ra tiệm tạp hoá gọi nước suối cho nhà hàng, nơi bán đã đưa đến 5 bình, trong đó có một bình nghi ngờ là rượu. Quản lý nhà hàng đã dán chữ “rượu” lên bình này và cất vào kho.

Hiện, chủ nhà hàng chưa cung cấp thông tin hóa đơn, chứng từ đã mua 5 bình nước suối như lời khai trên. Nhân viên gọi nước đã nghỉ việc nên chưa xác định được tiệm tạp hóa đã giao nước cho nhà hàng.

Cảnh sát đã phối hợp với các ngành chức năng, Ban Quản lý An toàn thực phẩm TP HCM… lấy các mẫu thực phẩm, rượu mà nhóm nhân viên nhậu nhưng không còn.

Sau cuộc nhậu, một sinh viên đã tử vong tại phòng trọ, 7 người còn lại đều bị đau bụng, chóng mặt, nôn ói, uống thuốc nhưng không hết. Họ sau đó bị co giật, lơ mơ, hôn mê.

4 người được Bệnh viện Lê Văn Việt ngày 5/8. Trong đó, một bệnh nhân nguy kịch, hôn mê, đã tử vong. Do tình trạng các sinh viên quá nặng, hai người được chuyển đến Bệnh viện Nhân dân Gia Định, một ca nhẹ hơn được chuyển sang Bệnh viện Đa khoa Khu vực Thủ Đức.

Bác sĩ Trần Thanh Dũ, Phó khoa Khám bệnh, Bệnh viện Nhân dân Gia Định, cho biết ngoài 2 sinh viên được Bệnh viện Lê Văn Việt chuyển qua còn 2 ca khác do người nhà đưa đến. Cả 4 sinh viên vào viện trong tình trạng ngộ độc methanol, tiên lượng nguy kịch.

Hai bệnh nhân nặng hơn đang điều trị khoa hồi sức tích cực chống độc, phải thở máy, lọc máu. Trong đó, một trường hợp đã tỉnh, một còn mê. Hai ca nhẹ hơn theo dõi tại khoa nội tiết thận, nồng độ methanol thấp, tình trạng đã ổn.

Cồn methanol là hóa chất, chỉ dùng trong công nghiệp vì rất độc với người, sản xuất từ gỗ lên men, giá rẻ. Methanol khi uống vào trong máu có thể chuyển sang dạng chất gây độc, tác động đến rất nhiều cơ quan. Chất này có thể tác động gây tổn thương hệ thần kinh trung ương, suy hô hấp cấp, suy tim, tụt huyết áp, sốc nặng, suy thận cấp, mù mắt… Việc điều trị thường khó khăn, tỷ lệ tử vong cao.

At that time, the staff of the restaurant (now retired) went to the grocery store to order mineral water for the restaurant, which sold 5 bottles, including one suspected to be alcohol. The restaurant manager pasted the word “wine” on this bottle and stored it in storage.

Currently, the restaurant owner has not provided invoice information and vouchers for buying 5 bottles of mineral water as stated above. The employee who ordered the water has quit his job, so it is not clear that the grocery store has delivered the water to the restaurant.

The police have coordinated with functional departments, the Food Safety Management Board of Ho Chi Minh City … to take samples of food and alcohol that the group of employees drank but no longer had.

After the drinking session, one student died in the motel room, the remaining 7 people all suffered from abdominal pain, dizziness, vomiting, took medicine but did not go away. They then have convulsions, lethargy, and coma.

4 people were admitted to Le Van Viet Hospital on August 5. Among them, a critical patient, comatose, died. Due to the severe condition of the students, two were transferred to Gia Dinh People’s Hospital, a lighter case was transferred to Thu Duc Regional General Hospital.

Doctor Tran Thanh Du, Deputy Department of Medical Examination, Gia Dinh People’s Hospital, said that in addition to the two students who were transferred by Le Van Viet Hospital, two other cases were brought by family members. All 4 students were admitted to the hospital in a state of methanol poisoning, with a critical prognosis.

Two more severe patients are being treated in the intensive care unit of anti-poison, requiring mechanical ventilation and dialysis. In which, one case was awake, the other was still in a coma. Two milder cases were followed up at the renal endocrinology department, the methanol concentration was low, the condition was stable.

Methanol alcohol is a chemical, only used in industry because it is very toxic to humans, produced from fermented wood, cheap. Methanol, when taken orally, can be converted into a toxic form in the bloodstream, affecting many organs. This substance can cause damage to the central nervous system, acute respiratory failure, heart failure, hypotension, severe shock, acute kidney failure, blindness… Treatment is often difficult, with high mortality. high.
