Ngày 24.8, Sở GD-ĐT TP.HCM thông báo khẩn hướng dẫn các trường về việc tổ chức lễ khai giảng và triển khai hoạt động đầu năm học mới.

Trong hướng dẫn về việc tổ chức lễ khai giảng sắp tới, Phó giám đốc Sở GD-ĐT TP.HCM, ông Dương Trí Dũng lưu ý các trường khi tổ chức các hoạt động, bao gồm ngày hội chào đón học sinh đầu cấp và chào đón năm học mới phải phù hợp văn hóa ứng xử học đường, vui tươi, phù hợp lứa tuổi học sinh, văn hóa truyền thống dân tộc và điều kiện nhà trường.
Ông Dũng nhấn mạnh nhà trường không tổ chức những trò chơi phản cảm làm ảnh hưởng đến hình ảnh trong sáng của học sinh và trái với thuần phong mỹ tục.
Đối với công tác tổ chức lễ khai giảng năm học mới, Sở GD-ĐT yêu cầu các trường tổ chức đồng loạt vào buổi sáng 5.9, đảm bảo tính an toàn, vui tươi, ý nghĩa và ngắn gọn, với các chương trình gồm: văn nghệ; nghi thức đón học sinh đầu cấp; nghi thức chào cờ; tuyên bố lý do, giới thiệu đại biểu; báo cáo và cắt băng khánh thành (đối với trường mới); đọc thư của Chủ tịch nước; diễn văn khai giảng của hiệu trưởng; đánh trống khai trường; khen thưởng (nếu có); phần hội (nếu có).
Còn cơ sở giáo dục mầm non tổ chức khai giảng dưới hình thức “Bé vui đến trường” một cách linh hoạt, sáng tạo, phù hợp với từng cơ sở và đặc điểm tâm sinh lý của trẻ.
Ngoài những lưu ý về việc tổ chức lễ khai giảng, Sở GD-ĐT yêu cầu, trong năm học các trường phải duy trì, thực hiện nghi thức chào cờ Tổ quốc, hát Quốc ca, kết hợp kể chuyện về học tập và làm theo tư tưởng, đạo đức, phong cách Hồ Chí Minh và sinh hoạt dưới cờ vào sáng thứ hai hàng tuần.

The preschool educational institution organizes the opening ceremony in the form of “Happy children go to school” in a flexible and creative way, suitable to each facility and the psycho-physiological characteristics of the children.
In addition to the notes on the organization of the opening ceremony, the Department of Education and Training requires that, during the school year, schools must maintain and perform the rites of saluting the national flag, singing the national anthem, and combining storytelling about learning and working. following Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and style and living under the flag every Monday morning.
